What was the problem?
A restaurant's site has one job: get someone to order or turn up. The menu had to be readable on a phone in a car park, the atmosphere had to come across in the first screen, and the phone number and hours had to be impossible to miss.
- The venue's character, retro signs and brick, is the brand and had to survive on a small screen.
- The menu changes and is edited by the restaurant, not by a developer.
- Order now, call and directions are the only three actions that matter.
