What was the problem?
A salon with two decades of regulars was taking bookings by phone and selling products over the counter. New clients found it on maps and then had nowhere to book, and product sales stopped when the door closed.
- Facials, keratin treatments, colour, threading and waxing each have their own duration and price, and the menu had to be readable on a phone.
- Booking needed to work without the receptionist picking up.
- The retail range had to sell online with the same product story the salon tells in person.
