What was the problem?
A federation's calendar, entry lists and rankings lived in documents passed between organisers. Players could not see whether their entry was accepted, referees worked from printouts and the ranking was recalculated by hand after every event.
- Players, referees and organisers need different screens on the same tournament record.
- Entry deadlines, withdrawal deadlines and acceptance lists have to be enforced by the system, not by email.
- Rankings must follow from recorded results so the published table is never disputed.
- The site serves Russian and Uzbek speakers and players who check it from a phone at the court.
